What we hold

• Your email and the plan you bought, from Stripe. Stripe holds the card details, we never see them.
• A phone number you type to get a practice call, held by Twilio for that call.
• Nothing else. There is no account, no password and no profile.

What stays on your device

• Quiz answers, lesson progress, your trick cards and your settings, in your browser.
• Clear your browser data and they are gone. They never reach us.

Ads

• The Meta pixel runs on the landing, ad, quiz and pricing pages only.
• It never runs inside the course: no lesson, practice, progress or scam-checker page loads it.
• The only thing it reports about the quiz is which question number you reached.
• No quiz answer, name, email or loss history is ever sent to Meta or put in a web address.
• Purchases are reported to Meta from our server, with the amount and the plan, never your email.

Processors

• Stripe for payment. Vercel for hosting. Google Workspace for the access email.
• Twilio for practice calls. Anthropic, Groq and Cartesia for Ellie's replies and voice.
• Text you paste into the scam checker goes to the model that answers it, and is not stored.

Your requests

• Email admin@shiftsupportnetwork.com to see or delete what we hold. We answer within 30 days.
• We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context advertising.

Children

• Built for adults. Not for anyone under 18.
