The policy

• 30 days from purchase, for any reason, however much of the course you have done.
• Email admin@shiftsupportnetwork.com with the email you paid with.
• Back on the same card in 5 to 10 business days, after Stripe processes it.

Yearly plans

• Cancel any time. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
• A renewal charge is refundable for 30 days after it is taken.

Gifts

• The buyer gets the refund, within the same 30 days.
